A repeatable inspection

  • Operate and lock each unit without forcing it.
  • Inspect glass, sash, frame corners, weatherstripping, hardware, screens, and finish.
  • Clean tracks and manufacturer-identified drainage paths with approved methods.
  • Check interior and exterior perimeter joints for separation or damage.
  • Record condensation, water, staining, softness, movement, or recurring service issues by opening.
  • Keep product identifiers, care instructions, receipts, and warranty contacts.
